Have you tried going to Settings>Battery>App launch> for all the 4 samsung app (wearable, watch manager, health, monitor) all toggle off Auto and make sure all 3 manual toggles are ticked? I am using S4 classic without any issues so far. I guess by default there's aggressive background killing happening thus keep disconnecting if managed auto.

Oh, is Huawei watch able to clock points for healthy 365? I looking to get a not so ex watch for clocking healthy 365, and also receive telegram + whatsapp notification.

I dont use the points.

But the notifications all working fine.

You can link Huawei Health to Healthy 365 app to sync. Addition device is used for MPVA/sleeping points.
