I applied the Imak glass protector.. so far ok. glue i think its just the outer rim only. I managed to squeeze the front carbon fibre case as it is a thin case.

eventhou I have the CF front, I didn't put... cuz the original front from honor, got contour lines/slopes.... CF one all r flat, which somehow makes the case looks thick.

no 1 order those tthin adhesive tapes for the cases? TB got sell 1 pack.

the benks fiber case with the add on benks magsafe ring is quite good. can open up center to use like pop socket.

The only plus point for benks case is able to use MagSafe wireless charger. So I still prefer the original case as the stand is built in.

Note that the new translation features are already available for the Magic V3 global variants. Although the company is now bringing them to the Chinese models. Regarding the other changes, Honor may soon roll out these enhancements for global Magic V3 users.

Yes, if you read in between the lines, you will realise that the so called .173 version is meant for China Rom which is currently on .162 iirc. For global version, it will have a different version number I believe. Clearly Honor is not following the same naming convention when it comes to Rom release for 2 different markets.

Huawei and Honor do share similar design language...so not a surprise if Huawei case may seem to fit Honor as well.

My benks case arrived today. The case is slimmer than the original by around 1mm.

are you still on your benks case? do you notice...the inner screen now have a weird fold in the center? the crease suppose to be a U and now become a W?

anyone can help confirm if your inner screen crease is more to U than W?

those who have problem with screen protector for the external screen can go to tech house at novena square for custom cut SP (hydrogel). $27.90. That's where i did mine.
This v3's external screen does not seem ideal for tempered glass type SP. Reminds me of years ago when i had a Samsung S10 with also curved screen.
