I wonder if your ranking within the PAP hierarchy is dependent on how big of an arse you make of yourself in front of the opposition. Maybe part of their performance bonus is based on how much you attack the opposition. It may not be surprising to see Vikram Nair fast-tracked for promotion after the little nigerian scam that he pulled off.
