Yeah I know it's an old show but Chen Han Wei's tips on how to de-clutter the house should help TS on how to do it slowly, one at a time.

I learnt how to keep less stuff once I had to move.

First is to keep 1 box. This is "useful stuff" that you didn't feel good throwing.

If you took it out of the box because you used it. Congrats it's actually useful and goes back into "circulation"

Each year throw out the entire contents of the box (can donate/recycle etc) as you realised that 1yr also never use.

put in them all the things that you know must throw but cannot bear to throw
that you think got some phantom use or value or what in the future

leave those boxes alone for 1 month or 3 months or 1 year or what
then look at them again, telling yourself dont lie yourself anymore
all these things in these boxes, donkey years never use liao, donkey years later will still be in these boxes...

and throw the mofoers out

You only need 5 sets of clothes. Other can let go.

I think the more important thing is not buying new stuff while u are clearing. Or else it like 10 item in and 10 item out.
