hi all, HTC One M8 will be my last HTC phone.

Will not buy HTC 10 anymore, because the mobile division already in discussion for selling it away.

I honestly hope Huawei will buy over the division, place HTC software into Huawei smartphone, further improve their software & operating system, beyond HTC capabilities.

Since HTC could not push their product well, let Huawei do it

I have purchased a P9 yesterday evening, still learning it's interface :)
Don't talk big as your know them so well.
Talk is cheap. Post you source if your statement is true.

Most of us are familiar with HTC's financial troubles and I bought the 10 knowing that this may be HTC's last flagship phone.

According to the rumours, they will sell it in Spring 2017. If this true, HTC will not be announcing HTC 11 in 2017.

So if not HTC, what phones are good alternatives? How is the P9? Seems that you have network issues.:o

But there are rumours for HTC 11 too, unless the 11 is made by the new owner.

Huawei P9 (not P9 Plus) local set does not have NFC if that matters to you.

Hi guys,

Need a little help. Bought a USB card reader that can be used in mobile devices so that I can read external micro SD cards.

https://www.iogear.com/product/GOFR214/

Works on my Butterfly 2, but not on 10. Is this due to Android PS version difference? Or is there settings I need to change?

Thanks!

wah why suddenly liddat?

Xperia XZ also quite nice haha :p you could have gotten the 10 at SITEX though.

It's because my workplace router is older type, my P9 could not use the wifi for internet. The P9 could pair with the router, just that cannot use.

I find it not universal at all.....Furthermore, i am sure my boss would not want to upgrade the router firmware to the latest one, as it need half an hour to turn off the router, on weekdays only. My boss sure won't it

Not getting the 10's anymore, after knowing about HTC selling it's mobile division soon

To move forward, i am waiting for the official news, on which company will buy over HTC mobile division.....From there, we will know which brand to follow liao

Like some people said here, those are still rumours and we should still take it with a pinch of salt. you should have just got the 10. No matter what, it is still a phone made by the current HTC. Furthermore, those rumours are strongly denied by HTC themselves.

There had been rumours since 1 year ago, Asus is purchasing HTC. So never trust rumour until actual news

Bro, you are probably the guy who posted the most about HTC10, written the most to CEO. I did not think you are too much bothered by the possible bankrupty of HTC, but yet totally changed your mind by a rumour about HTC sale. Can't possibly understand your change of mind as you were most enthu from the start. Anyway, hope you enjoy your new phone, and thanks for helping in this HTC community.
