sorry, i don't quite understand you, nor the answer given by HTC.

what does the unibody got to do with the wifi signal. in that case, all of Apple unibody portable also have wifi signal problem or signal not strong...??

had asked the HTC guys regarding the wifi..they said the wifi signal isnt strong is due to the 1 piece body.

to be honest the wifi of htc was never really good. i had similar experience with the hero. just live with it, its a nice phone still.

By right having a unibody design means that it's metal body will obstruct the antenna from getting good reception....but HTC say they place the antenna on the part of the phone (bottom) where it's plastic, so not affected.

So those using can check if reception is bad when you're holding the phone i.e. obscuring the bottom part of the phone, and if it's better when you hands ain't covering it.

Actually they should have placed the antenna at the top part where the camera is, like that sure won't have anything blocking it.

quick update. using home wifi to surf and download apps for 45 minutes. super fast and absolutely no problem. no on/off issue.

those with prob maybe can check your wireless router settings.

Agree, downloading is fast and good. But i feel that the range is quite short though.
It's a great phone overall

Ohyea, it is possible to sync the mail with my hotmail address cause i can't seem to do it.

just got the phone yesterday at hk for 3980 hkd. really nice phone, the camera is very clear, but i am still new to android, sitll got a lot to explore, others still share your exp on it.

Unbox and start charging till full. did surfing on wifi and downloading last night and continued to do so from this morning till now, batt left around 1/3.

For me, i think it's alright.

if i now use st classic plan than i want to recontract and plus a data plan to get for legend (do online-cant wait to get mine hand on tt phone).. i still pay 298 ??

no rebate ?? i read gor paper say sign up data plan rebate 50 or 100 ..

it's 368 with 3g flexi lite plan at hello shop for classic plan recontract. at least that was what i was told earlier this afternoon.
