Apparently there are 2 versions?? A shop contact informed me that there will be an exclusive RED version (perhaps tied to a telco?) besides the silver. I am unsure on the accuracy of the information. Anyway the stock will be available from tomorrow onwards.

I will get one to play play with it and then pass to my wifey I guess.

There is pictures of the so called red version, but its the plastic part that is red instead of black. Not the silver alumnium.

Yea ... thats my personal preferences...
thing is i have a mobile surf plan which i hardly used(genna conned by m1 to sign up during IT fair) so i can use the sim card in the 3g model and can surf internet where i want then i no need a smart phone can use a lousy nokia hp...
on the other hand ifipad take to long to release than i will go for desire which i can surf internet anywhere but will not be as shiok as ipad but certainly better than nothing

Hero is OOS at certain Starhub shops. According to the CSO @ 1630, no ETA for new stock.

From this I can see that that SH most probably would not bring in new stock of Hero .

legend is up on m1 website now. 248-448 with contract. isnt that quite a good price?

and the one on the website is the red colour one..
