You get $100 discount off the handset lo.. The M1 data plan comparable with smartsurf 100 is the Value plan at $36 with 12GB data (comes with nsf benefits too)..

Get the $9.95/mth 1GB data plan. But getting the Value plan would be more worth it and handset price cheaper too..

this is just my speculation - the black version may come later. not sure if it is worth waiting a couple of weeks to find out.

if you are a basketball fan, you may want to consider starhub because they just announced they secured a multi-year deal with NBA asia to telecast live games at $12 per month. so, may be quite shiok to watch lebron and kobe on Legend.

dont think there is black colour ba.. look carefully at the HTC Legend gallery, its actually brown/dark brown, not black.
