I had inserted Singtel SIM card into the router. But it does not work. The power indicator did lights up, the network indicator lights up in red, the Wifi indicator lights up, the LAN and signal strength indicators did not light up.

Is the SIM card in good working condition and test it on the phone to check, including to surf internet for connectivity.

Most likely it is due to SIM card or not insert properly to the slot, as unable to detect refer to the network indicator is red.

If not you may have to test with another working SIM card.
If the SIM card is used, then use a eraser to polish the gold contact & clear the bits before inserting in.

Do download the manual for clear explanation.

Look for the sticker on SSID passwords pin stated on the router.

The SIM card is in good condition. Can be use with a dongle. Had tried with different SIM card.
