mate 10 just rolled out a new update 142.

mate 10 will have prompt security update within 90 days, as mate 10 is one of the selected device under Android Enterprise Recommended Program.

Under the program, the manufacturer must push out security updates within 90 days Android has provided, and these update services must be maintained for 3 years.

I actually think that Huawei has one of the fastest updates. You should try other Android brands other than Google's own pixel.

Nah... Unless you're unlocked otherwise don't bother. Good for just checking whether anywhere in the world huawei has pushed an update.

in example... It's now showing a 9.0 based on EMUI 9.0 for Mate 10 non pro.

Rejoice. It should be here is 2-3 months time?

All the Beta registered users should be receiving the Pie update edy.

OMG so envy I didn't get to register. The new camera UI is there but... Huawei chose to implement the notch-like notification bar even for non-notched device.

The icons are separated to left and right even on Mate 10 series. haha... Nvm just hope to receive it asap.

Wah good news! Watched part of the mate 20 release. It is really good. But I'm happy with my mate 10. I think it's still going great, so don't think I will move in on the mate 20 yet. Plus since pie is coming of mate 10 too.

Yea i gonna hold out till mate 30 series. Dont really like curve screens for mate 20 pro as finding tempered glass will be an issue. But the specs are good. Cant wait for android P on our devices!!

Nah... Curved or not, nowadays phone screen always got this 2.5D slight curve at the edge. Tempered glass won't stick well also. Even Mate 10 also same.

I will hold because I just bought the mate 10 like 3 months ago. Wait till the next wave 5G phones come into the market and see.

Yes 2.5D also wont stick well. But there is loca glue based tempered glass, but cost a bomb. My m10pro TG bought from taobao doesnt have any issue though. Maybe my set is less curve as each phone curves differently depending on the manufacturing
