Oh...since s7edge fp works for OCBC app (i.e. login using fp) i thought all phones with fp will work with OCBC app.

Seems like Samsung and iPhone has special privileges from apps maker. Like that I should rethink buying other phones..

OCBC doesn't, but UOB does.

If it is 1 app I can compromise. But seems like most banking apps are restricted. I would like to think most financial apps will be restricted like trading apps, Nets app, PayPal, etc....of course no Samsung pay. Currently at touch of a finger I can go in securely....

At least for me it is very restrictive..

Y let an app decide on the phone u use...

Sent from LGE LG-H961N using GAGT

Maybe you should change your bank. Lousy bank got poor customer service.

Just want to know how many P10 Plus users switched to Mate 10 Pro.

Wonder is it worth the switch?

Don't understand what you mean by restricted. I'm sure the apps allow you to do your banking business fully even without fingerprint login. We've been using desktop pcs for internet banking without fingerprint login and it is fine.

Weird.. so it means Samsung got a proprietary finger print sensor that is not compatible with other Android phones? All the banks only supports Samsung phones??

My carousell notification or messages will not pop up until I launch the app. Most likely is being killed thru the battery management. I tried select "manage manually " in Launch under battery management, still no luck. This happened few times on whatsapp & wechat as well.
