This is the usual practice for Huawei if I am not mistaken. Since Kirin 980 is due this year, the supposed mid range phone likely will feature the Kirin 970. The lower end Kirin processor likely goes to the budget phones which we don't see so often in Singapore.

134 been out for close to 2 months still not approved for me, 135 out earlier this month.

Hopefully it means I get the jump to 135 direct soon, still not approved for me.

Yes on 132 now. I saw 134 for a while and even 135. But was never approved until today.
