Use the in-app proxy to trigger the normal download, and let the phone download itself.

Flow

Press the proxy in app or something, it will install a VPN on your phone.

Just go and search for update as per normal from settings, will show you the available update, download and pause it once it's downloading.

Pull down your top bar, and disable your VPN.

Then resume download as per normal.


The VPN is to allow your phone to find the new firmware, but needs to be disabled prior to installation.

Hi all, I just got my huawei mate 10 non pro not long ago. I have encountered some wifi issues.. It seems unstable compared to other phones. Anyone facing similar issue? Usually will have to switch off and on wifi again after maybe 1-2hrs of using it.

FF shows still not approved for both 135 and 134, stuck on 132.

I highly recommend this brand of anti glare glass screen protector - Carkoci. I use it on Mate 10,Samsung S9, One Plus etc for my family and it's fingerprint dust n scratch resistant. V GOOD! Since I use this I hardly have to clean my screen. Can feel the difference vs my old one which I paid $10+ for at some ah being hp shop.. This taobao one is $5+ for 2 pieces & cleaning kit. Manage to download firmfinde but when go to in app proxy for download, it prompt need to set port to 8080...after set still no update show in the system update..advice???

If don't wanna wait for 1-2 weeks, can consider getting it from casefactorie. Cheaper than retail. $19 for the Spigen rugged Armour.

I'm using this for Mate 10. The material on the back is super smooth but also abit slippery.
