Has anyone face this issue suddenly on mate 10 ?

1. Youtube cannot watch the video, and sometimes hang
2. Those video on instagram also cannot play

1. I stop using YouTube after Google starts spamming ads in YouTube.
I changed to NewPipe. Opensource app without irritating Google ads!

2. I just use the Firefox browser. No problem playing video as well. Less junks from Facebook.

3. No problem.

Didn't encounter these issues on my Mate 10, maybe you can try a factory reset.

I got it too but haven't update yet.

Got try rebooting the phone and see if the issues are resolved?

I believe Android 9 itself will have a security patch for this very soon.

Tried. Also cannot. I get help from Huawei live support, ask me clear what app data and cache, also cannot.

Now tell me do factory restart. Zzz
