Hi, has anyone had their dual sim issue resolved? I couldn't make calls, only receive calls and send/receive sms on SIM 1 if SIM 2 is inserted. Even if I set SIM 2 to inactive the same thing happens. The only way that everything will work on SIM 1 is to physically remove SIM 2. I inserted both SIMs on another dual sim phone and both worked fine. Thanks.

Mine is LG-01-18-10-51 batch. No green tint at all. Hopefully stays that way. From what they say.. This current batch might be LG screen too? That's why they are testing. Then 2 weeks later batch is BOE screen?

Actually anyone with the issue can ask CSO if it is really LG screens only affected?

Damn good！ no issue with fingerprint at all. Can fit my spigen rugged armor case perfectly and no popping also

As usual their application service is so professional they took almost 15 min to make sure its applied properly and perfectly. Love it man.

Highly recommended for those who are looking for tempered glass with the spigen case

The tempered glass is really smooth and feels pretty high-quality as well unlike those cheap ones that feel a bit rough and too much friction

Also, I'm having less issue with fingerprint on this than with the film protector which was already very good. Film I would fail maybe 1% or 2% of the time, this one is perfect every attempt so far.

Yup I did my film with them also. Not sure if uv but yes I think got black borders but it's sizing is done really really well

Cause if it can fit the spigen rugged armor I'm sure a lot of cases can fit

Mine is batch 51 too and LG display. Hopefully it stays problem free for mine too.

That's good to know! Now we have more options using different cases and not affecting the tempered glass protector

Now huawei should be swamped with all these feedbacks, so they might take awhile to give you a response.

Huawei SG should just hire a new team of CSOs. So far the way they handle things really make us go wtf.

HW replied, they will do exchange for the card reader but will be 26 Nov onwards due to stock.

Want protection and clear back(rugged armor defeat purpose) to show twilight or green mah.

I uses the Huawei silicon with a good TG (FP working).

I already have a full adhesive TG that works my case! Spigen rugged armor isn't as bulky as UAG and offers full protection

My loca one could not work with spigen armour. Kept popping out
