Does anyone else have issue syncing steps with the healthy 365 app? I tried with samsung health app and the steps challenge tracker linked to bluetooth but steps are not showing up

Do you think that when I get M20 pro from telco (M1), will it be BoE screen? Last month, they said they don't have stocks.

Mate 20 X. You still get the same 40MP camera at a cheaper price. No risk of having green screen. No need to headache what tempered glass to buy because of the curve and you get a headphone jack to go along with it. But size might be too big.

Definitely new stock. I got my Mate 20 Pro last week and is using the BOE screen. No issue so far after a week of using. Havent tested in low light condition yet.

Link your tracker with the 365 app directly la. Ur pairing cannot use Bluetooth. Just use 365 app to search it.with Bluetooth on and it will detect the tracker and connect from there .
If you pair with Bluetooth then go to the app then will have problem

I am using the one Huawei Customer Service Center (at 313) is selling. TBH, it sucks cos the salesperson claimed that the protector can fit into the free transparent case but it is not the case.

If you try to take off the case, it will also cause the corner of the protector to peel off too. Kena this at 3 of the corners ): need to replace it soon, after getting the Spigen case which I have ordered like 2 days ago.

P/S: after checking my initial post here, it sounded as if I am using the Spigen case now. Sorry I meant to say that I ordered the case 2 days ago and is now waiting for it to arrive. Meanwhile, I am using the free case at the moment. Haha, me and my sotong brain.

I'm using the smaller sized loca glue glass from rwm where ppl has commented of qc quality issue for the glass. Luckily I got the piece with no issues. But the glass is really v close to the case after using the case. I dare not remove the case now in case the glass pops out. Haha. But definitely offers more protection than the free one lo.

Are u using the original cable and charger? If so, turn off the screen and let it charge for 5-10 sec first then press the power key and see if it is super charging.

yes original, i plug in and left it there, normal charging throughout till 100%
