i haven go down report yet. some bro say immediate exchange but some bro here say need wait. i dunnwana waste trip there

Suggest u wait for them to call u or i might be a wasted trip down. Maybe u like to reach out to them again. Cos they might not have so many sets on hand. When i contacted them they told me they will deal with the more serious green bleed issues first

How did you contact then? It seems like the hotline is helpless regarding this issue. It's luke they don't have aby coordination with 313 somerset branch. Also i tried messaging then in facebook but got no response yet.

Finally ordered my mate 20 pro online, and collect Tmr ... hopefully the phone will be in good condition.

I just ordered mine from Singtel, keeping fingers crossed on the green screen. I bought casing, screen and camera protector from TB, hopefully it's good. Will give my 2 cents worth when I received.

I simply went down. Huawei didnt contact me after 2 weeks. I was given the exchange on the spot.
They said they were 'waiting for me'

For me i went down to 313 to register my green screen issue and they took down my details and said to wait for them to contact me when stock is available. No on site exchange.

Facebook private messages.. Maybe even tell them that you are about to post a honest review on facebook and google.. I think then they will respond.

Or if you go down to 313 smash on the table..

I think its nonsense if they say no stock. I went on tuesday and got stock. Their expo also sells m20p.

Their new stock should be focus on the exchange with existing customer first rather than chase new sales and said no stock to the existing customer waiting for exchange... Unless the new stocks being sold is still like lottery some green panel some OK?

May be Huawei didn't foresee that there are too many defective units across the regions and did not set aside enough replacement units....

M20p def worth the buy, even with the problem. I had note 9 before too but m20p is a breeze. They have acknowledge the green screen issue so if any problem they will solve. Only drawback is that their cust service is slow

No. Then went directly to settings and asked me to reset the phone. My screen bleeding was only. Limited to dark room with dark background. During the day the green screen was invisible. Maybe you can took some pics of your green screen as a proof, just in case?

Thanks for the feedback. The thing is I am not from SG, but plan to buy the phone in SG due to price and availability. That's why it woukd be troublesome if the phone got issues. If only they could confirm all the new batch wont have the green issue
