Hi , I using Mate 20 pro and I used for driving grab . The phone GPS is not very accurate awhile using 9.1 and 10.1 . I already replaced new motherboard and I tried to calibrated my gps and it still not working . Anyone face the same issue as me ? I asked some driver he Iian using mate 20 pro , he mentioned that so far no issue and the phone is very good . I not sure what is wrong anyone can advise and help me on the phone ??

What do you meant by not accurate ?
Gps is never accurate .
But using Google direction should be too far off.

My mate20oro warranty also expiring this month. Planning to get battery replaced too. So how did you proceed with the battery replacement? Did you just say you want battery replaced? Or did you have to say you are experiencing bad battery life before they agree to replace?

Just tell them that your phone's battery life is very poor. When during warranty they will replace it without much or any questions. Quite common I would say.

anything but huawei LOL. huawei mate 20 pro will be my last phone with them, i have not forgotten how they changed my lock screen to booking.com. Totally no security at all.

I'm using mate 20, used to be able to listen to radio and play game at same time. If there is ad with sound, I can still listen to radio. But I forgot after which update, now if listening to radio and there is an ad, my radio stops. Can only listen to 1 at a time. Any way to fix this?

My battery drains very fast recently. I attribute it to the Trace Together app that I installed and turned on about a month ago. With deeper battery discharge and more frequent charging, my battery will wear out faster. I will have to change it around March 2021 before my warranty expires in April 2021.

If cant find the invoice for the phone, the warranty will be based on the s/n of the phone registered in the system? is it the same info found online when one input the s/n of the phone ?

They didn't ask for physical invoice when I went for servicing. Should be based on my registration in support app.

Indeed, Huawei is getting more and more expensive. I am thinking of switching to Xiaomi or Poco.
