What list are you referring to? There is a Repair Discount Coupon, you can use that to waive off the service fee, and pay the price of the new battery, right?

Did not install anything recently as I am using another phone now. Just left it at home for surfing facebook and HWZ. One day it just suddenly cannot turn on.

Maybe is sudden death syndrome like Samsung note 8, perhaps you can send to Huawei repair centre to check?

Google Fit suddenly block access to MySingtel StepUp so I can only use Samsung Health, previously I click wrongly so now the location permission for Samsung Health is Allowed only when in use, anyone know how to set it to Allowed all the time instead?

Mine is working perfectly fine. During charging from a low battery or intense use, the phone will get hot naturally.

Has anyone experienced this with the phone? I have done a factory reset and also performed a wipe cache partition on mine. Didn't install any apps yet and only test the camera's video recording on 1080p at 60fps. Then this message appears. I used to be able to record at 4K without encountering any issues. This is a great camera in a phone and it would be sad to let it go.

If your phone is not hot, my guess is it is a software issue. I will reset it again.
