Do you know the temp of the batt during charging?

My guess is it decides how fast to charge based on current batt capacity and temperature

Think charger issue. I tried using a diff charger with same cable. Charged much faster even though no supercharge

How do I do spilt screen? I googled and they say turn it on under setting>device>multi window. But I can't find device nor multi window under setting

if i get another charger and a cable from taobao can the super charge work?

i am using normal charger and normal cable (not type c) it super charge also (super slow) so need to get the charger

Both. The charger has dual voltage output and the cable has an additional pair of conductors.

Anyone encounter random auto shutdown of phone? Encountered twice during 3 mths with this phone. After shutting down, phone cannot on immediately. Can only power up after like 5 mins

Yes. In short, only Huawei proprietary charging cable(purple tip on both ends) and adapter has Super Charge. Quick Charge charger doesn't work) no QC) with the Mate 9(5v2a at most).

I believe u are using the dual whatsapp.
tat what happen to me too.
only option is to uninstall and install again from playstore.
and use only 1 whatsapp.
