Went to 313 today, only phone on display and 2 counters with 2 staff attending to customer. There is no accessories, the shelf is empty.

Mine also was 2 years on the day I purchased and now it's 1 year. I just pm their fb

Very good quality but the UI need more setting in order to suits your need and the fact is that most of ppl will find it troublesome and dont want to learn.
As for myself I will give this phone 8.5/10 and Iphone 7plus or s7edge 7.5/10

Fyi, I used 1 week just to setup and tryout the phone and finally I know what is the best setting for me.

After I used the mate 9 for one week, I sold away my S7 edge. The camera, screen size , storage space and speed which my beloved S7 edge can't compare.

i thought this phone is google daydream vr compatible?
why when i go to google play it says your phone isn't compatible?
any ideas?

They hardly answer on facebook. You must use hicare livechat with them. It's more faster and very responsive.

hicare is pre-instaled inside the mate 9.


Btw the cso have answered. So dont worry the phone still have 2 yrs warranty although check in their hicare only shown 1 yr.

Because 1 yr is only for the lcd screen.
