Today accidentally dropped my Mate 9 on solid ground. Luckily no scratch and dent.

My brother colleague in China was not so lucky liao. He dropped and after that found his phone reception gone.

I am still waiting to get a better casing. Already eyeing on 1 of the casing but need to pre order.

Hi, popping to Sim Lim later. Any shops to recommend for Mate 9 casing and screen protector? Ever saw someone posted here that level 6 has a shop that sells casing for Mate 9.

Grey is nicer. Gold has the plastic coating which kinda cheapen the quality

It was a trial unit from Huawei to provide feedback on the phone so had to return it after 3 weeks. Decided to get 1 for myself. Yep prefer the feel of metal instead of a coating. Feels much more premium.

Here's a pic of my friend's Mate 9 with TG and Spigen neo hybrid knock off case. He told me that the TG held up quite well and there's no bubbling on the sides after 3 days.

There are some nice cases from Finer at Qoo10. I got a similar TG from the usual Jimmy. So far so good.

Anyone uses the Sleep Cycle App on mate 9 and doesn't work? Meaning it tracks your sleep for a while and it stops tracking on its own and the alarm will not sound off.

I am quite surprised a few of you prefer space grey than gold.

Both my colleagues and me also find gold nicer but individual preference.

Unless it's all Black, then I might consider.

Actually among all colors, I still like the mocha brown but just too bad, it's not available here yet.
