For the Mate 9 when you switch-off the WiFi , does it auto switch back on by itself and connect to the available network ?

Anyone having the problem of erratic touch response? Sometimes you tap and nothing happens, scrolling is laggy, sometimes single tap detected as multi taps.

I'm already running b172 firmware, and notice that this happens more often when I'm plugged in to the original charger, once I unplug from the charger when I'm having the erratic response, within a couple of seconds the response goes back to normal. This doesn't happen on my car charger which is a QC2 charger.
