I was told by ICBC that Huawei Pay works with ICBC Sg UnionPay card. Is that wrong? No it doesn't. It only works for very selected China bank cards.

I don't have that card so I can't test it, but local bank cards using Visa/Mastercard won't work with Huawei Pay.I was told by ICBC that Huawei Pay works with ICBC Sg UnionPay card. Is that wrong?

Same like me. I only bring my mobile phone when I go out. Then Huawei phones are completely out for me. I use paywave for public transport.
Good, you know what you need. I don't use Paywave. Then Huawei phones are completely out for me. I use paywave for public transport.
Yes Mastercard and Visa are American so they can't work with Huawei. Only Union Pay which is a Chinese company does.I don't have that card so I can't test it, but local bank cards using Visa/Mastercard won't work with Huawei Pay.
So far so good. Battery life is excellent. Camera not as good as my m50p though. So how's the experience so far for those who bought it?

How is it not premium? Its not using plastic. I'm sure the price is premium.tried the Huawei mate x3. Honestly not impressed by it. Doesn't feel premium at all. Could be my bias, but I find the OPPO Find N2 to be the best out of the 3 china phone manufacturers i.e. Huawei, OPPO and XiaoMi.
I just held the X3 in my hands for the first time yesterday, it felt really nice and slim. Foldables have come a long way and I'm impressed. I had the Oppo Find N previously and till date, its the best foldable phone to me. I agree the X3 feels less premium in the hand compared to the Oppo Find N BUT the X3 is really nice. Now I'm asking technolust to help test out some apps and I'm saving up to maybe get the X3 and use it as a daily workphone.tried the Huawei mate x3. Honestly not impressed by it.
