Hi all, hope to hear some advice, between P30 (non-pro) and Mate 20 Pro, (both roughly same price), what is some pros and cons when choosing between the 2? TIA!

Shows the optical technology is still more reliable and proven. Uktrasonic still needs nmore time to mature

Great comparison between the m20p and p30p. I came to the same conclusion at the Huawei roadshow. Only real reason to the get the p30p is the 10x zoom

Conclusion is .... Wait for m30p !! Lol

Different technology la brother. U should use the original cable and charging brick for super charge. Even fsster then samsung charging

I sold off my S10 plus and got the P30 Pro. TG works fine despite of my dry hands. Better than the S10.

Nope. There is a chip in the cable to talk with the chip in the supercharger for supercharge. Either 1 of them is not supercharge compatible, your device will not supercharge

I bought from Sunday Mobile at Northpoint on third floor near challenger. $38.

The recognition rate is very good. Almost like 10/10 except sometimes finger not placed properly. Maybe it is also better optical sensor from Huawei. The S10 plus I vomited so much blood.

i come from s10 plus too. yup this is definitely better then s10 plus. i dont really care about how secure it is la, but reliability is more important.

any idea whats the brand of the tempered glass? is it full adhesive?

Will prefer a matte case.

Currently using a dot matrix tp with only adhesive on the edge and it's so reflective and not good

Huawei don't use QC standard. So cable and charger must be Huawei compatible to get fast charge option.
