So Singtel dash can work. Great news!
Usage is like Samsung pay? Just tap phone on gantry without needing to launch anything?

Slight difference, the screen on Huawei phone has to be on, same like Google pay

The terminal at the retail shop must support singtel dash like NTUC, if not, use your cc

I suspect it's the ban thing too that does not allow Huawei to use visa and mastercard as both are American companies. Same with Amex.

That's why they went with union pay in the end, although icbc had visa and mastercard cards too.

I did thought of getting ICBC cc just to utilise the Huawei Pay, but does it really work like Google pay? Like we tap our mate 30 phones onto the reader and the transactions go through?

Now they have the almost perfect camera system with a more than sufficient soc

They just need to spruce up the screen quality

And the underlying app gallery and Hms and we will be good.

As I said I am never against huawei, just that in a contact of some who really depends on their phone to bring food to their family mouth, underlying infrastructure the most important.

As we cannot eat design or we cannot eat pictures we cannot eat speed.

The audio too...Flagships should have nice stereo speakers... Unfortunately Huawei phones are still lagging in this area, badly. Results in poor speaker phone calls and multimedia consumption. Hope they can improve in this area.

Agreed but seems ppl who get p30 and p40 are not really bothered about sound as priority
