There are tonnes of G&G 2 storey terrace houses with decent built up of 2300sf and land 1540sf in the vicinity of Bukit indah ie Nusa central or Nusa idaman. Of course they are not as big as a semi D or cluster BUT they are terrace houses on decent land sizes. Add 150k more, you can get corner terrace of 2800 sf land for 750k or so. All in RM.

Nusa idaman and Austin heights is about equidistant from causeway

Nusa idaman is much closer to 2nd link compared to Austin Heights.

Mt Austin has been frequently named as an affluent and desirable place to stay in JB. Lots of restaurents here, International school, Sunway college and shopping mall and IKea etc makes it stand out.

I hope you understand our original argument was 500 K not 600 K.....

Of course I know there are a lot of G&G terrace that are selling around 600k. Bukit indah or mutiara rini are selling at that price.

Well, I have never seen anyone compare nusa idaman and austin heights. I hope you know the reason why.


And since when closer to second link is a selling point? I can also say austin height is much closer to first link.



In the link that you shared, the house land size is only around 22 x 70, which is smaller than usual 22 x 75. Furthermore, Nusa Idaman launch price was much lower than 600 K.

And even worse, the owner is no longer accepting offer at the moment.
