After my last ICT, I barely run now. Except for short distance burst...

Cos need cross the road before it turned red, and chase the bus

it means your arms and lats are very weak worse than women, have seen many ladies doing pull ups

start training doing lats pull downs and assisted pull ups
No, your assessment is wrong, ladies can do pull ups because of lower body weight not because they are stronger, many body builder with huge arms and lats also cannot do pull ups.

Pull up requires upper body strength relative to body weight, regardless of gender and body weight.
TS should focus on assisted pull ups to hit at least 3 proper ones. Then use a pull up ladder training program to accumulate volume.

Seated row trains the lats that's correct.

But then to say it will not help much with pull up is incorrect and contradicting.

The agonist muscle for pull up is exactly the lats.

I did mention will still strength the lats

OP still can't do pull up so explaining that seated cable rows is not enough

regardless of sex, both need to train their lats and arms to do pull ups

not because ladies are lighter so they can do pull up, what incel rubbish is this

It is not incel rubbish, the body builders have huge arms and lats and cannot do pull ups how do you explain that? It is all about mass and females have less mass, do you even lift?

then go tell your body builders to use the pullup assist, it's basic training 101

nothing to do with mass

It helps if you install a pull up bar at home. I'm currently cranking 23 reps in a single set (proper form). Been doing this for over 30 years, now more like daily habits.

Keep pushing, you'll progress along the way.
