then go tell your body builders to use the pullup assist, it's basic training 101

nothing to do with mass
Pull up assist is not pull up, I think TS is discussing his achievement doing an actual pull up and you started making condescending remarks about him being weak, now you talk about assisted pull ups which even 90 year old grandmas can do.

I don't think you have even stepped in a gym before.

It helps if you install a pull up bar at home. I'm currently cranking 23 reps in a single set (proper form). Been doing this for over 30 years, now more like daily habits.

Keep pushing, you'll progress along the way.
You got 8 pacs is it?

From now on I will do pull up every day
Take care of your shoulders, keep proper form. I kena shoulder impingement when push too hard. There were several times when pushing beyond 200 pull ups in a day. Ended up with shoulder injury and tennis elbow.

it means your arms and lats are very weak worse than women, have seen many ladies doing pull ups

start training doing lats pull downs and assisted pull ups

Not true la

Pull up basically depends on the proportion of your hands vs bodyweight. Hence the heavier guys always find it tougher to do it. Which also why some ladies can easily do it

I am 50+ kg very skinny & not strong. But I can do 7-8 pull ups easily without any training (prior to going NS). With training I can do 10-12 pull ups during my NS time. Not cos I am v strong but cos my body is relatively light

My peers esp those big sized one usually struggle with pull ups... but they can much stronger & fitter than me in other areas

How to break 12 pull ups ?

Actually if one slims down, much easier to hit higher numbers

Essentially u are pulling up less weight

I weight less than 60kg all my life. During JC times, even without training, I always do pull ups very easily. Some girls in my class also can. Then those bigger sized boys always struggle and need some conditioning
