Dang, that's not very reassuring. Can't find much reviews too about their aftersales service.

Prism TV like a lot of complaints.

Another review of 4 TV, looks like iFFalcon is a winner with VA panel.

Its entry level 4k TV. Whether worth it, its like asking if its worth buying a vios. It gets u from point a to point b. But if u want the luxury inside, a head turner, a very comfortable ride... then u have to look else where.

Frankly if you think you know more about TVs then the rest of us, then you are THE GOON! You clearly know nothing about the IT or tech industry, much less the global logistics supply chain.

Go and check/understand who the biggest TV manufacturers in the world are. Go and check how China is making most TVs even for your so-called big/mainstream brands.

You clearly don't know how big TCL is and how well regarded it is internationally. Its making panels for many other brands. All that you lazy dinosaurs do is go "Oh I only use XYZ brands for the past 30 years, so only they are good". That is proof how little you know about how the industry has changed. Grow up and see the world!

Bragging about your PhD in TV? What a joke!

That's why I said I don't need pp to lecture me about TCL because I already know it's a big manufacturer, dumbo. But big doesn't mean it's tech is top notch. It caters to a mass market but the quality does not allow its products to command a premium.

I really appreciate for those “rare” individuals that could share what is the difference between having Iffalcon K71/72 versus TCL C825/R646.

the price difference is huge. where tcl is much higher.

Your knowledge of televisions is equivalent to the amount of manners you have. Absolutely none.

So you should shut your trap and learn how to eat a humble pie.
Maybe if you learn to have manners, you can finally make a friend.
