Yes I have the same problem. Started about a week ago. I am on Starhub. I can't contact Instarem support as I need to login to contact them and there seems to be no way to login without the OTP. I even tried to setup a new account on a different email and different mobile (Starhub as well) so I could contact Instarem but it has the same issue - the OTP is not received. Unsure how to contact them.

Yup, I also can't receive SMS OTP to log in since last night. Mine is M1.

just completed a survey for instarem...seems like they are going to either come out with a Free and Premium version (monthly charge) or to have a limitation to local spending on this card..

try to clock as much to citibank now...
