Are you sure online is also included or is the promo only for contactless?
Amaze makes all transactions online, whether it is contactless or physical insert of card.

apparently, the "marker" on Amaze was different to online/contactless, but the CSO did not say exactly what. He said he checked with product team ... even though I did not ask him to do so

why don't you tell us what exactly is the transaction you made? Go to the heart of the problem instead of pointing finger at Amaze.

Meant to be spent but an alt way is it can be cashed out if you linked GPMC to it to top up and paynow to your own account.

transaction to our credit cards is immediate. ( can immediately see the pending txn from the respective bank online banking if supported )

but when the txn is posted depends on the merchants i think

Amaze at most takes one day to post.

it is most likely that Amaze posts the transaction far earlier than the merchants.
