Yes, even on latest 15.1.. But it doesn't really matter to me unless I purposely go focus on that. Normal usage like watching videos, playing games, it NEVER affect the experiences. Anyway, updated to 15.1 this morning at 1:30am, the interface feels much smoother.

Look like it was hardware problem, cannot solve by system update as per advice from SA.
Luckily I'm got my M1 ipad pro 11" 128gb cellular with almost same price to mini 6 256gb cellular.

This question only you can answer it yourself. Everybody's definition of professional and casual is different. For me professional means using Microsoft office, teams and google docs and the Mini is more than sufficient to run those.
