Example you buy the new iPhone 11/pro/promax on sim only plan. Then next month the pixel 4 comes and you decide to switch to that. You can just sell your iPhone and buy the new pixel without paying $500 for early recontract fee.

If it’s more than $200 then of cos go for the cheaper route. If it’s $100 then I won’t want to tie down to any contract.

if I go with M1 sim only(seems GOMO doesn't support roaming calls/sms yet) I need to pay $225 more. seems too much for that "flexibility"

M1 sim only $25*24 + $2,349 = $2,949
M1 contract plan $36*24 + $1,860 = $2,724

The iPhone 11 is exactly the same size as the XR. So huge, chunky and heavy, worried will regret after paying for it

I was really thinking of cancelling my 11 pro MG and go for 11 ...
But afraid what you said above + My eye will be in pain looking at the LCD.... did before with xr and sold it weeks after..( was coming from X then decide to go for XR)

Once your CIS contract is up, why is there a need?

I think there is a conversion fee of $70 when you want to convert from cis to personal plan.

This year demand not that strong. Guess after the flippers got burnt last year, it if now easier to get .

Hope this trend continues as I just hope to get the phone on day 1 without any hassle.

I've already added caller ID into e price of $36. base price is $30+$5.35 for caller ID.

Yes, I used GOMO for comparison. The only powerful thing about M1 is data passport already, no other telcos come close to them in terms of roaming.

I think in your comparison, you should be using plan with device instead of the CIS mysim plan since that’s how you got $36 right?

If SIM only it’s all about the flexibility to go for the best offer. What I don’t like is M1 dropping the bomb for recontracting customers. Their benefits have changed for the worse since they replaced their CEO.

$20/mth * 24 + Apple retail set for iphone 11 pro max 512gb at $2,349 = $2,829
$1,860 + $36*24 (caller ID is + $5.35) based on M1 cheapest plan with device. = $2,724

I still save $100 with contract plan, if I compare with M1 sim only plan (e $20 plan u quoted above shud b referring to GOMO) I save more cos it's $25. again, assuming I'm changing phones every 2 yrs.

Save your money now for next year's refreshed iPhone design update. I've already sold my XS Max intending to update to the 11Pro/ProMax but I'm still in the fence. Won't probably upgrade... Coz it won't be much of an upgrade when I'm looking at the screen. I would still see the same phone with that irritating notch. Well my pixel 3xl is more irritating. I love my note 10+ display and I want to try that 90hz display in the oneplus 7Pro... But I can't have too many phones.

I bought this year 11 pro .. next year sell it and top up abit
