I’m not on beta so I still have my Live Photos but I don’t see any of the iOS13 bubble wallpapers :S

Yes. 13.0 still got the live wallpaper.

I needed to update to 13.1 beta to solve a data corruption issue on 13.0.

Maybe it will come as an update later on iOS 13.1? Though I’m on iOS 13.1 beta 4 and it isn’t in the Wallpaper settings.

13.0 is fine. Will have the wallpapers. 13.1 Beta so far had them removed. I guess is because the release does not contain 11’s stuff.

Anyone wearing spectacles that encountered the same issue as me?

I realized that when I'm wearing my spectacles, there would be this purplish tint that is reflected on my spectacles, regardless of whether I'm using the front or back camera.

Does it happen to everyone's iPhone 11 Pro Max too? Or is it just me? :\

Yes you can. No fees required. I got my full refund for returning my Pro Max.

Ahh nope, I'm not. Normal settings (did not toggle any settings for the camera on the phone), and I'm not using any special type of tempered glass screen protector either. I didn't encounter this issue on my iPhone X previously though.

Sounds like some anti-blue light filter.
