I was a iPhone 11 pro user and just got my iPhone 12 pro max and I hate it.

Too big, hand aches to grip it.

I regret not going for the iPhone 12 pro.

I bought from Apple online store, does anyone know will there be a restocking fee to get it refund or exchange?

Just select refund from the Apple store. Should not have any fees

I was ex iphone 11 pro user, i went for the iphone 12 pro, battery life is disappointing if you come from 11 pro. Today decided to swap it for the 12 pro max, huge and heavy but at least better battery life

Anyone noticed with the iPhone 12 Pro Max, most of the Qi wireless charger cannot use? Seems like the Coil on this new phone is slightly above than previous phones. My house one rounded hard to align, my car wireless charger totally cannot detect with normal position

Zzz this phone is really too big.
I hold with one hand also find it heavy and worried that I might drop it.
12Pro should be favorite among ladies, upgrade screen size from 11P and find 11PM too big.

Not sure why ppl complaining IP12 Pro Max big. I went to recontract M1 yesterday and physically compare my Xs Pro Max with 12 Pro Max, only slight difference, not much.

Perhaps due to the design or user hand size?
Curve vs flat.
The feeling of holding it is not so comfortable for me.

4th page and some of you should have received it yesterday, but no comment on the battery life?

Usually a better assessment would be to see the average over a week at least.

With indexing, updates, transfers and generally higher screen on time when people get new phones, the result will be skewed.

If anyone commenting now, will not be an accurate gauge.

That’s correct. Am experiencing some slight battery drain than usual, but I give it about 2-3 days at least to confirm on battery life

Finally got my Graphite 256GB iPhone 12 yesterday.
Did a restore directly from icloud using home wifi.
Total hours taken 3 hours.
All apps intact but social apps like Facebook/WhatsApp/WeChat need to manual login
