Looks like the mini battery doesn’t really last. Wanted to get mini cos of size but went with 12 pro instead

Typically it does, even with some gaming hours. But for situations like last night, im not savvy enough to pinpoint how the batt drops ridiculously when no apps are opened. But to attribute the issue to the HWZ app n bank apps. (Most of my apps have location services turned off except for waze google maps grab etc)

Wow that is bad. Your reason is one that is putting off for awhile from getting the mini. Really hoping that Apple will release an update of the iOS soon. Anyways for the past week or so that you have been using the mini, are you able to last it for a day?

the latest 14.2.1 really got bad battery life management for iphone 12, prior to that 14.2 was great, morning commute to work only -2% to -3% with airpods connected and screen on for at least 40 minutes... now is like -8%, the jump quite big

Newly upgraded, maybe u need to give it some time to settle down? I’m also seeing slight increases in battery consumption but I’ll just wait and see.

I just surf some YouTube videos... why the videos not filling up the whole screen ah? When I view on landscape, the left and right side of the phone still have the black bar reh

Ah I see. Apparently my ip 8 is also experiencing overnight battery drainage. Guess it’s due to the latest iOS 14.2. Beta 14.3 is currently being tested now though. Can I know are you a heavy user?

Not only for the 12 series, even for the old series as well. Sianz.

How do I stop the iPhone from auto joining the wireless@SGx?
Disabling the auto-join toggle at the wifi menu doesn’t seem to work..
