Anyone have a green line along the right side of Screen??

During my trip down to Genius Bar due to my iPhone X camera. I recalled a statement made by the Advisor. She said because of OLED technology, it’ is expected that each iPhone screen picture might differ from one another even with same setting! Is this true? This came about when I complained about my picture quality as compared to their demo sets. She said because of this, she cannot change my phone because it looks ok.
Did anyone compare yr iPhone X with yr friends and find it different in terms of pictures quality n colors? Just want to know if someone is ********ting

Yes can’t focus like 30 secs plus n sometimes freezes. Maybe I now should go in n tell her off

Yes quite bad, turquoise becomes blue. Beige becomes yellow. The funny thing is if I want to get the actual color , I cannot focus on that. When I asked the advisor to follow me downstairs to see the demo sets. She said oh I only hve 10 mins for u. I hve other customer waiting n brushed me off. Think about it, I should hve been more assertive.

If u are saying different area of focus gives different color, it could be camera issue and not the screen. Did u try looking at ur photo from pc? Anyway, such great color change means something is faulty (no matter screen or camera), u should be firm and say u got a lemon set, u are protected under the lemon law lol
It’s not a cheap phone, u paid so much, get an exchange.

To know if it’s screen or camera issue, just take a picture and send to another phone for comparison lor..

I realised that the location on my weather widget is not refreshing.

For example, I was attempting Bishan hours ago and currently at Orchard. When I check the weather widget, the location indicates Bishan. It only refreshes when I launch the weather apps. It seem that the widget is not talking to the app or vice versa.

My location service and background app refresh for the weather are on. The weather app is the latest version.

And this same issue extends to my Apple Watch too. Sometime, the watch refreshes pretty fast but sometimes, it doesn't.

I have tried to reset my X and AW but the issue persisted.

Anyone encounter this issue?

Same here

Just got off the phone with Apple Tech. Quite surprised that he was able to do a remote checks on my phone setting whilst I was on the line with him. He found no hardware problem on my phone via the remote screen control and the analytics data.

Anyway he told me he will escalate this issue for further investigation and Apple will release a new update if necessary.

I just dropped my phone. Without casing.

At first i still like, heng ahhhh. No crack

Now then i realise the Face ID is gone. Totally not working. Reset and cannot setup face ID anymore

I did. Took same pict using iPhone 7, Samsung note 8 and iPhone x. iPhone X picture received was wrong color. N8 and iPhone 7 correct color. The advisor said according to her, N8 pict no good. iPhone 7 no comment. iPhone X is OLED technology. Die Die refused exchange saying if you change the result will be the same. I even worn the turquoise shirt there and asked her - ` can you tell me what color am i wearing?` In reply she said its not fair to ask her the color because even person `s eye sight differs!!!! I gave up. In the end she said refund me the money but said cannot replace with iPhone X. Can only buy other models!!!

yup the more i think the more i get angry so going down tomorrow to trash it out. Will definitely write a bad review of the angmo lady!
