I think that's the easiest way already.

So far all the staff that have served me have been very polite to me.
But sure got bad apples in every places.

I just dropped my phone. Without casing.

At first i still like, heng ahhhh. No crack

Now then i realise the Face ID is gone. Totally not working. Reset and cannot setup face ID anymore

This is one of the reason why i sold this pos away have to keep on baby it.
Protect it for the next buyer. The other reason is apple coming out with 6.1 inch iPhone x next year so 5.8 value is gonna drop until no value cos it's too small by current standards

Bring out the manager to talk.
Just let her know once refund, u can do anything with the money.
She has no reason to stop u from getting another X with the refunded money.

What's up with that tone? That is his personal opinion, he is free to refund and get maybe another X or 8 or any other phones.

Yes he is free to refund. Just that some ppl think water resistance equates to all sorts of liquids. If I were to throw other water resistance phones into a soup, chances are they may not also survive.

Some ppl just bash the phone with unrealistic expectations.

Don't do this. It is removed from Apple battery guide already. Lithium at near 0 will damage the battery faster. There is no need to discharge it fully.

https://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/

Apple guidelines are not to store devices without any charge! Never says cannot/should not fully discharge battery when in regular use.
Any rechargeable battery from a reputable company will have circuitry protecting the battery from over-charge and over-discharge.

i have two friends who one accidentally splash water onto the phone 7 plus during his bath (but quickly cleaned off)and the other just used it to take picture at the pool. Both cases, water enters the iPhone 7 plus. At Apple centre, they refused to exchanged citing water was found inside the iPhone. No matter how they argue, they didn't get the FOC repair (its still under warranty). So iPhone so called water resistant is quite subjective. Best is not to have the iPhone dropped into the water or using it to take underwater pictures. If you can get a refund, please let us know here because both my friends failed.

Even if im trolling iPhone X poor battery life is true
The battery drain problem is there even if off everything put it in low power mode still poor.
A device that cost as much as a pc doesn't) doesn't expect to work like this.
And the steel edges are easily scratched just like ipod touch.
It's a lousy product by apple this time

The iPhone x value has already dropped tremendously. A brand new sealed new unit now cost only 1.4k on rwm
Next year gonna drop even further due to Apple releasing 6.1" iPhone X with improve battery life and costs cheaper than the iPhone X

Are you always swiping to close all your apps on your iPhone X just like what you are doing to your mate?

If the answer is yes,

Your mate required you to close apps and task to save on ram and battery life. That’s how android works.

For Apple iPhone X, the attempt to force close your apps by swiping up actually can take a certain toll on battery life. This is because iOS is smart enough to know which app you are not using and close on its on. When you force close and app, you re open, it actually uses more batt life.

If the answer is no, I still have to ask are you using your android habits on iOS? Cause the 2 OS works very differently. If you are not a habitual iOS user, just a person who buy and sell and change, I am sorry to say, you have to learn more about iOS before making comments.

So it’s not trolling or what, there are certain mentality that needs to be altered when using android and iOS together.
