I had to submit both my official receipt as well as a picture of my damaged SP in order to get a replacement, but to be honest they probably wouldn't be able to tell if you submitted a picture with another brand but similar looking SP.

You get to choose if you want the self apply version or the apple apply one, both are very different. Last time I had the trouble where I brought the replacement self apply version to the apple store and they couldnt use the machine for it, end up they help me apply manually haha.

yes, gotten all my iphone 13 cases from them also.

they seriously give damn powerful discounts which IMO is exactly how the way Shopee works. plus if you have coins or vouchers you can offset further. makes it even more worth it to buy from them compared to retail shops or heck even lazada cannot match.

im eyeing on Pitaka PRO & PSAJ cases next.

to be fair, they usually give their customers benefit of doubt. but as always we SG people like to take advantage of all these loopholes LOL! Really sometimes I see people blatantly ask for replacements & refunds in Apple shops when obviously it is they themselves who caused the damage intentionally.

hi guys was aiming between spigen ultra hybrid with magsafe and apple official clear case…i know spigen has good deal at amazon but understand it will get yellowish much faster than apple clear case especially the sides with tpu
Is apple clear case a better choice? Feel like using clear case this time round
Am using catalyst for my 12pro since launched till now

Yes Apple Clear Case is much better albeit more expensive.

So yesterday I went to apple orchard to collect my silicone case and was intending to buy the Belkin screen protector at the shop.

according to apple website, I should buy at the shop if I wanted the apple staff to help me install instead of online purchase and pick up at store.

what a shock the protector was out of stock and the staff couldn’t tell me if mbs or jewel had stock, ask me to go and ask myself.

so I went mbs but also no stock and jewel also no stock. But jewel had the stock if you buy and apply yourself at home.

according to jewel staff, though the Belkin is same price but both protectors are different which you apply yourself or the apple staff use applicator to apply for you

Hey guys, anyone has any recommendations for an ultra slim clear case for iPhone 14 Pro Max? I’m looking for those type where it’s really minimalist, no air cushion bumps at corners, just the usual lid for camera at the back will do. And the front lid needs to be aligned and at same level as the screen itself, so it feels seamless when you swipe from outside the phone into the screen itself.

Went to beadstreet to get the usual slim transparent case just like for my previous iPhones but this time round the lid at the front is bumping up so much, and there’s a really ugly “IP 14 Pro Max” text printed at the side of the case…
