For Apple leather cases bought and picked up from physical local Apple Stores, the Specialist allow you to open up the box to check for the condition of the leather case. That’s why you see leather cases the back don’t have the top and bottom tear perforated sticker. And that’s what they told me too, “Can open & check, satisfied then make payment”. Only silicon cases have the top & bottom perforated tear sticker (not allowed to open to chk b4 payment).

Of coz, the specialist wouldn’t offer to you to open and check before you make payment or leave the store. That is to keep their serving time pegged to each customer to the minimal, especially during launch period like now whereby they’re extremely bz.

For purchases being made and stepped out of store already, any unsatisfactory feel that you may have of the leather product, be it a nick or unsightly crease, will be treated as returned route and you have to make a new purchase.

not really silicon case also only have one seal to tear at the top. I opened mine yesterday so I can confirm.

the guy who served me at Apple Store orchard asked me if I wanted to open up to fit it on the spot I said no need.

i had checked with him regarding the refund policy for the case, same also it can be returned with original packaging within 14 days like iphone for full refund.

Are belkin screen protector bought at apple store get “lifetime warranty” ? I can just suka suka change new one ?

I collected my phone from SingTel and they were selling accessories. Apple silicone cases at $67 whereas apple shop $75

installed a privacy screen protector. but regretted after turning on the phone. Because its privacy, the front camera and sensors have cut outs. so when dynamic island turns big the cut out in the centre is ugly. So for those who is OCD like me can skip the privacy protectors!

Seriously any tempered glass or screen protector that is not clear one simply ruins the nice display on iPhones.

Not lifetime. 2 years only in SG. From what i know, just bring it in to apple store when got crack or scratches, they replace in the spot

User of belkin for years. When theres a crack or whatever, what you do is take a pic , email to belkin and they will send you one replacement. So far for me it has only cracked once.

I also used belkin for years and bought theirs again for 14 pro max. I did the replacement once, after you get the replacement you can choose to bring to the apple store to let them use the applicator. Last time was more troublesome cause the replacement that belkin sends, apple cannot use with their applicator but I guess now can already.

I hate applying screen protectors myself haha.

Never use before bro. Cant comment on it. But factoring in th 2 year warranty, if u are a rough user, it is worth imo
