Just wanted to share my experience with the NOMAD branded Iphone Case for my IP15 Pro Max.

It is MagSafe compatible and works with Magsafe Chargers.
My phone sticks very well and does not drop off a vertically positioned MagSafe Charger (Belkin).

It has an overall Premium Luxurious feel with a real leather back and all the side buttons are made of real metal.

There's 2 versions, the cheaper normal leather version at $59.90 or $89.90 for premium leather.

I purchased the cheaper $59.90 version and feel that it is not really that expensive.

Other MagSafe compatible branded cases such as Spigen can cost you over $50 bucks, and they are made of cheaper plastic TPU materials, including the side buttons.

This NOMAD case is made of real leather. All the side buttons are also made of metal.

The buttons tactile? Read from previous posts the nomad buttons not well designed.

I bought Mazer 3 in 1 MagSafe compatible wireless charging stand. So far tested on iPhone 15 pm, from 63% till 100% took about 2hr 15min (1415 till about 1630). Once connected to the MagSafe charger, iPhone screen shows the animation just like connecting to Apple MagSafe charger.

To me it is acceptable if I’m not in a hurry. Not sure what is the wattage during charging though I suspect it to be 7.5w. Understand Apple MagSafe charger able to charge at 15w.

This is a very good find!

Qi2 Wireless is the latest wireless charging standard.

It is also 15W, same as the Apple MagSafe standard.

The only difference between Qi2 and Magsafe is that Qi2 is an open standard.
It is reported that Apple even shared their Magsafe specifications, that's how Qi2 achieved the same 15W charging.
Apple's Magsafe is a proprietary standard, so any manufacturer that sells a MagSafe product has to be tested by Apple.

May I ask based on my charging time, the charging wattage is 15w or 7.5w? Understand that MagSafe compatible is charging at 7.5w.

Interesting it claims to be Qi2 charger when according to this article. No charger certified yet.

Quote from the article:

What’s with the mystery? Well, Paul Golden, the marketing director for the Wireless Power Consortium, which developed the Qi2 standard, told The Verge via email,
I can tell you that no Qi2 products have been certified yet. The Qi2 specification has been finalized. We’re awaiting the certification testing equipment to be delivered, tested and verified.
That explains why the WPC doesn’t have a public-facing certification database for Qi2 like it does for Qi: ain’t nothing to put in it yet.

This is where it gets a bit tricky.

Normal Qi (Version 1) Wireless Charging is only 7.5W for Apple Iphones.

Official MagSafe Charging is 15W.

However, you have a Qi2 Wireless Charger, so I believe that you should be getting 15W.

I actually asked the seller about the charging wattage for iPhones and they mentioned 15w. Not sure true or not

This Mazer is a Singapore based Company, so I would give them the benefit of the doubt.

However, if they were a Chinese company, I would take their words with a BIG pinch of salt.

Just got my iPhone 15 PM and settled on the Power Support Air Jacket Mag Hybrid.

Overall the case exceeds my expectations - MagSafe is as strong as my Otterbox case from 2 years back and the PopWallet+ hangs on like a champ, action button is covered and all buttons feel nice to click, just nice (I wished there was just a fraction more) lip protection for both the screen side and camera lens.

One downside is that the “snugness” of the fit around the screen is only above average and if you use your fingers to fiddle the edges then there is some give there.

Posting quick thoughts here in case anyone is also looking around for a clear case.

Also, if anyone is using the Rhinoshield clear case, mind if you post a review of that please? That’s another case I am interested in :)

Don't understand what you mean. I'm using Casetify case for my IP15PM and there is a cutout for the action button that allows me to use it to start camera app and take photos easily.
He meant it should be a button and not cutout.

cutout is just lazy way out for most manufacturers.

nomad is one of e few leather case that has a button for the action button
Yes, I meant the cut-out.

CASETiFY can’t be sure that Apple would indeed introduce Action Button, and choose to do a cut-down on their case design. This is what most manufacturers do, to play safe and ensure stock availability during launch.

Deeply disappointed with CASETiFY this time round. I would rather have a button covering that Action Button for better tactile experience than pressing through the cut-out. 👎🏻

Yes, there's a tactile feeling to it.

I wasn't aware of the earlier posts, but all my buttons work very well.
I read so many accessories threads and posts until lost track where. Saw it on macrumor accessory thread below. Since you say ok, probably they improved this year
