Doesn't seems engaging. The role is also very demanding and hours are bad.

Yes, it’s a big red flag. It’s a disrespect to not show face during interview. Respect works both ways.

It’s normal. You supposed to sell yourself not they sell you the role.

sometimes they want to do both rounds at the same time to save time.

Damn shag 2h wasted to do it and I can't even get a basic decency of notification of the interview outcome.
