I believe it is in our best interest that you provide proof of said bankruptcy filing as well as an avenue of contacting you or your wife.

I also believe we are owed an explanation as consumers of this sudden decision after going back on the multitude of promises.

After all he's said and done, I honestly have no choice but to doubt the hospitalization story unless there's proof of said hospitalization.

I can claim all I want that I have the winning 4D numbers but if I can't produce the slip then there's no use, right?

Bankruptcy is a process where the debtor is publicly recognised to be insolvent. The High Court makes a Bankruptcy Order against the debtor and he is declared a bankrupt if he is unable to pay his debts of at least $10,000.

Somehow, I kinda saw this coming. Whenever he told me he will do the refund after emailing him the details, and then sending out the later email in May that they will spread out the refund over the next few months.

While my amount is not alot, I have missed out a few rare items (Nendoroid Tainaka Ritsu T^T) thanks to him. In fact, he is the reason I have switched to online purchase now, as they are still the most reliable.

That said, I feel like a fool being taken for a ride, and would also hope to be able to seek redress somehow and get a refund ( Frankly, I even contemplated if i should have just gone to the store and taking away his Nendoroid Lucky Star figurines as collateral)
