Hey bro, I've managed to draft out the itinerary for Kyoto and Osaka. Not sure if it's feasible ya.
KYOTO:
Day: 1
Arrive around 10am.
Store Luggage at Kyoto station locker cos place is pretty nearby. Can check if can early check-in when dates get closer.
Anyway luggage storage is about 500 yen/day and available in small numbers. (appx 117 x 43 x 57).
Lunch: Nishiki Market and walk walk Daimaru Dept Store
After lunch: Fushimi Inari Shrine
Evening:
-> Gion Matsuri area
-> Pontocho Alley.
-> Walk around Gion area.
Day 2: Arashiyama Raiding
Morning:
Tenryu-ji Temple.
Bamboo Grove
Okochi-Sanso Villa (Just go if its along the way)
Lunch: anyhow eat. Anyway, lan lan have to spend.
Afternoon:
-> Kinkaku-ji Temple.
-> Daitoku-ji temple (optional)
Day 3:
Kiyomizu-dera Temple - Monday
Sannen-zaka and Ninen-zaka, old streets from Kiyomizudera
Sanjusando temple (further south) or Chion-in Temple.
If go Chion-in Temple -> Can go Shoren-in Temple. Shoren-in Temple can lim teh see garden.
Additional:
1. Ippodo: Tea Ceremony area (52 Tokiwagi-cho, Teramachi-dori, Nijo agaru, Nakagyo-ku)
9am-7pm Monday-Saturday, to 6pm Sunday & holidays
Cafe 11am-5:30pm
2. Kyoto Imperial Castle
3. Nijo Castle
4. Toei Kyoto Studio Park
5. Kyoto International Manga Museum - Opening Hours from 10am to 6pm

Osaka
Day 4:
Arrive around 10am -
Throw luggage in the station
To cover:
Osaka Castle
Shin Umeda City with Floating garden
Night time:
-> Dontonburi
Day 5: Kobe.
Leave for Kobe around 8am
Arrive at JR Sannomiya Station around 9.30am - 10am.
Nearby Sannomiya Station there's a district where a western style late 19 century where the foreigners stayed in Osaka.
1. Go Mount Rokko - Go via Rokko Arima Ropeway
-> Take Hankyu Kobe Line to Rokko Station (7 mins 190 yen) on bus 16 to base station of the Rokko Cablecar.
-> Cable Car ride takes about 10 mins and 1000 yen 2 way.
Lunch - Kobe Beef -> Steakland (nearby JR Sannomiya Station)
1. Shin-Kobe ropeway
-> See Nunobiki Herb Garden, walk back to Shin-Kobe Station
3. Akashi Kaikyo Bridge
Day 6: Back to Osaka
Morning: Take Shinkansen to see Himeji Castle (30 mins ride over)
- Minoo Park
- Shinsekai
- Den Den Town
- Tempozan Ferris Wheel - (Night time best)
- Abeno Harukas - night time go

1. Nara
-> Nara Park (See deer)
-> Todaiji Temple
-> Naramachi Mechanical Toy Museum.
2. Universal Studio Japan
3. - Sumiyoshi-taisha Shrine (can consider if bored)
4. - Namba Grand Kagetsu (If happen to go, by the way)
