If you can use eSIM, can try Ubigi. Quite cheap, US$16 for 10GB, 30 days. Other plans available. Can set up before going Japan.trevelling to osaka in Jan 2023 but arriving at airport at 9pm, will telco shops selling data sim for tourists be still open ?
also thought it would be better to have the sim ready when reach there, rather than reach there then settle, might have hiccups,
any local selling which is recommended ?
