to be fair, i think Jden location is better than PR8. cos you can't go further East than pasir ris (aside from Changi?)
but agree sub-sale will be harder for zoolong big units.

Well PR8 owners may argue that Pasir Ris is way better than Zoolong. Whatever Zoolong have, they have it better. Pasir Ris Park is way bigger and natural than the artificial Jurong Lake.. Their 2 shopping malls can easily match up Westgate and JEM plus they have even bigger ones one MRT stop away at Tampines and Changi Airport. They also have an entertainment hub in Downtown East which Zoolong lacks plus they also have Singapore Expo nearby.

In summary, it will just be a never-ending battle as compared to the Centralites who are quietly laughing away as they know that in most cases, these Easties and Westies still have to lan lan travel all the way to the South to work everyday.

Well I drive to visit those eateries on occasions so don’t bother me much even if I stay in west.

I would probably cite the mass market condo clusters along Tiong Bahru, Redhill and Queenstown stations. On the Circle line side, it would be the Mountbatten, Dakota and Telok Blangah stations. On the North South line, it would be the Braddel and Toa Payoh stations. I excluded CCR condo clusters like Novena, Newton, Bukit Timah as those owners are huat kuehs already.

GSW news released in 2013 thereabout and circle line going to be a full circle in 2-3 years time. It won't be so long like 2040 to have concrete developments taking place already to boost the southern and central areas. That is the real enhanced CBD.
