Impossible. That site is earmarked for education development.

More likely the mrt site will be close to bus terminal which makes more sense.

To be precise, Balestier Road is a gold mine. One side (near Novena) is District 11. The other (near Kim Keat( is District 12.

For e.g.. FH property.

D11 (Mandalay/Shan Road) very difficult to go up liao. Now already at 1.2k to 1.4k psf


D12 (Kim Keat/ Raja Raja) Now you Can find $900 to $1.1k psf. Once Whampoa MRT up, price will go up. Just like St Michael when Boon Keng MRT was up.

I think there are still upside to current prices for these condos if the mrt is close to the sites.
