for road, can try
BMAI必迈 fly
乔丹 飞影 pb4.0
XTEP特步 160x5.0
361 飚速3PRO
they may not be fully stability shoes, do try them out and others in the brands.

fyi, XTEP特步 & 乔丹 are the 2 largest brands in China for marathon running shoes.

1st run with the Adidas Takumi Sen 9 for my TAO's 6 min Assesment.
Very firm ride. It's not squishy like other high stack super shoes. The rebounce only comes alive after sub 5 minutes. 6 mins -7min pace, no rebound, just a normal ride. Yet to try 5 -6 minute for any rebound. The Vaporfly will have rebound even at 5:30 pace.

I find the ride is very similar to the Qiaodan 强风SE. If only I don't have the toe issue with the Qiaodan 强风SE, it will be a keeper.
i remember experiencing good return of energy at 5-6min/km pace for a 2x6km run when i first wore the TK9. Had my 6km pb then. lift off was noticably faster based on my memory. no longer missed it as pb3.0 replaced tk9.0 well, altho pb3.0 does not respond well at low pace eg. below 7min/km

Ya, those like PB4,0, are super shoes, with high stack and squishy midsole. Not very stable shoes.

Didn't look into trail shoes. For road shoes, that are more stable, I recommend the Qiaodan 强风SE. Stack height not as high as the speed shoes (Qiaodan PB4), midsole firmer, so better in the stability department. If possible, get the SE version, Summer Edition. The upper is more breathable for our Singapore climate. And do try out fitting. I usually wear one size smaller for faster shoes and shorted distance (EU45/US11). But this Qiaodan 强风SE really hurts my right toes. Should have gotten TTS which isn't available (EU46/US12).

Do note the above shoes are all neutral shoes, just some are more stable.

Is really damn warm and humid sia. Not much breeze
Feel so uncomfortable jogging sia

4km 6min35s pace.

Haha....that's why only very late nights (as late as midnight, once even nearly 1am) or like now 430h wake up.
And basically mainly cycling due to better cooling. Hard and fast sessions at higher HRs easier to do.

Even short running intervals i find quite terok. Cannot be asking me to maintain slower lower HR below 140 all the time man, sure slide in timing. Waste my time and effort nia and regress.

Running i only maintain during my daily commute 4 sessions of 1km between office and home
