If full price then aim for the V4 lor.

Anyway, the softest / cushiest shoe that i have is the Qiaodan PLAID. Problem is that no local retailer.
I just whacked based on other pple's reviews. Midsole landing is fine for this shoe, and a bit of heel striking, but no serious heel strikers coz that would be dangerous on cambered surfaces at the corners.
eg 1 Marina Boulevard corner, just beside all those bicycle sharing parking area.

I am quite surprised some China Brand Sport Shoes also started to dominate the sport market.

Recently I also saw 1 brand, Anta which had a branch in Westgate.

This pair is their racing shoe which is really super light and for that price is in par with popular brands

At this pace, what zone are you running at 🤔

His HM he was saying weather damn hot at Portugal 10 am race haha.
Yeah he ran 69 minutes, definitely not his fastest.

But weather is a big deal the longer distance you run.

Regardless, overseas running is generally better. Most ppl hit their PR doing overseas runs since weather is more ideal there.
I think their slow group also faster than me

I wear this shoes only for intervals. Don't even use it for threshold runs, prefer to wear my trainers for majority of my runs and only wear this when trying to hit timings.

am i understanding correctly? You are wearing the Anita C202 for intervals? Isn’t the midsole rtoo thick for intervals? Do enlighten me and pardon my ignorance.

I read that it's best to run in zone 2 as you won't feel tired and can easily complete a marathon but the question is how to stay in zone 2 🤔

All my jogging mostly in zone 3 or 4 one and seldom in zone 2 unless I walk :s22:

Variety. mix intensity and progressive duration as you get fitter. Start with 80/20 as a guide. Conservational pace for 80% of your duration 20% duration for high intensity. Good chance you don't have your HR zone properly, so use converstaional pace as a guide.

Got 8mim/km or not :s13:
Don't have, but can try other clubs and see if there is. Alternatively, just run at nearby track and pace with random joggers. Can easily find a runner to pace with that is running at your pace. And you can also choose to stop whenever unlike running club since running club will just go all the way and don't stop.
i can only finish a 10K in his HM time :ROFLMAO:
He is national athlete for a reason, his debut HM time in his first year of NS was sub 1:30, high 1:2x if I am not wrong.

Yeah, it's not as good for turning/stability. But is still a carbon plate shoe. Better energy return and alter footstrike pattern to mid-foot/fore-foot.

Just keep running and get better at it. Most of my runs are actually at zone 3 and my legs feel alright, so it might be subjective for different ppl. I can maintain 140-150 HR and still be able to talk during the run.
Cheap 10km. But start time too early for me for 10km. Not willing to spend on after midnight transport to start site just for 10km.

I thought this is afternoon run? The timing seems alright for me.

Sundown different case since it's at night. But pretty sure even for their 10k run can wing it, finish in <1 hr, then quickly get on the train.

Ya ya. I see wrongly, don't know why I see it as 4:30 am.
Anyway can join as Skechers membership and wait for them to sent discounts code, for $25. Maybe like that I will join since can take public transport.

TAO has assigned me a lot of threshold and interval aka fast paced run recently.
My left lateral knee is starting to ache again.

Could it be that the intensity is too high for my knee?

If you are worried, report as injury and limit the speed session to severe. It's possible that intensity duration too much.
